I hate this place! Very few staff speak to you and it smells terrible! They dont come close to AlterCare in Wadsworth. Would love to place him there but not healthy to switch environments... my fathers clothes are always missing and his brand new Nike tennishoes came up missing. Staff doesnt even offer a chair for you to sit in while visiting your loved one! There is always major staff turnover... such poor management!
