I visited a friend and observed quality care.Because of this, I selected Regina for care and rehab from a bad fall and a broken foot, femur and shoulder, July, 2018. The rehab was first class; the nursing care was kind and caring. That is seldom believed these days. I was at a different facility recently, and told my doctor how mean spirited I found the staff. 'That's pretty usual,' he remarked. 'No, Regina is different!' I countered. He scrolled down his screen, and then said he had four other patients who told him how good they found the Regina staff. Everyone was so friendly, and above and beyond the basics, I took an informal survey. I found the average tenure of a basic aide was ten years. Ten years! I cannot post a separate review for this second five star opinion, but it doesn't change their average. Regina is first class all the way.
