Vista Veranda

I would never recomend anyone to work here management doesn't care about the employees they treat you with no respect I was having trouble with high blood pressure caused by the job and was given a week off to get it under control when I was supposed to return to work they cut my days from four to two days a week I lost my insurance so I quit. They make it seem like a wonderful place but it's all show all they care about is the money

Rhonda, and the whole team at Vista Veranda genuinely care for the residents at their facility and go above and beyond to help those in the community. The care and activities offered at Vista Veranda is amazing and all of the staff are friendly and caring!

I was visiting a friend of the family after her recent move to this place. The food was delicious but more impressive was the number of times people stopped at our table to introduce themselves. Everyone was welcoming and i am now considering moving my mother in law here when we relocate her from her home in Texas.

The worst place to work. There are some good RCA that work there and nurses. They treat me with no respect and they will talk down to you. I always give respect to someone and never talk down to them. When they was changing company and there was no main manager of the company they treated you so bad talking about you. I saw residents died and being kick out or never come back because other people talk bad about the resident. It was supposed to be a family base company and its not. Residents get told when they are in the hospital to not come back and there was no problem with them. We are there to help the residents not to make them feel like they don't have a home to come home too. I hope they can fix this and make it better. There are some amazing manager there. But some of them needs to get there head in the game and not being friends with everyone. When you work for a company that is work you go there and do your job. I just wish there took that family base that was a different company and change it over to the new. Hope they can fix all the problems that they have. I don't think if there is a employee talking about other employees should be aloud to stay and work that don't look good on the company. When you tell them what you saw and they did nothing to change it and made that person to leave because they don't care about there employee. They need to wake up and realize they want the best people to work there. I wish everyone that work there a wonderful time.

I worked there for a couple of months suring that time i saw neglect on some rca as well as a nurses. 2nd and 3 shift leave ur loved ones in their own pee and poop. Don't get me started on the memory care unit. Oh and they eat the same nast stuff weekly. When i left shortly after 2 months 4 people that were ok when i was there died.
