Horrible. I have reported them to the OH Dept of Health for substandard care and neglect. My mother fell and hit her head and it took them two hours to get her to the hospital. The doctors at the hospital were horrified. There were other instances of neglect including not receiving her medication one night and not calling me until the next morning. I will continue to report their substandard care. I urge you to not use them.

I wouldn't even give them a full star Worst care my father ever had!!!! From stolen items to improper care, I would never send another loved one there again. He got worse from the moment he got there until he passed away!

DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE IN THIS PLACE!! This is the kind of place you hear about where they put you to just die off! My father was placed here after his heart surgery because he wanted to be with his wife who was put there by her children (not related to myself). I live 13 hours away so I couldnt visit him regularly but I would call once a week and was never allowed to speak with my father. They insisted he was asleep or suffering from dementia but was never actually diagnosed with it by any doctor, nor did he show any signs of dementia before being in their care. Months after his surgery they still had him on narcotics. I spoke with a nurse from there who told me when I asked why that he was complaining that his abdomen hurt. I asked her if they had him evaluated and checked by a physician and she said the doctor prescribed the pain medication and that he(my dad) feels better taking it. 2 months later I get a call from an ER doctor saying that my father was brought in because his intestines had failed! He said there were absolutely no bowel sounds and hecwas being taken in for emergency surgery. Later that night I got a call saying my father wouldnt make it through the night because the organ (intestines) were completely dead. I asked the doctor how that happened and he said he must have been suffering with it for a while because of the extent of the dead organ. HEY HEART(LESS)LAND, DO YOU THINK THAT MIGHT HAVE BEEN THE REASON HIS ABDOMEN HURT?!! Please dont put your loved ones in this place! They just sedate them until they die.
