Filthy hallways, carpets and floors. Elevators and laundry room are disgusting. The smell is terrible in the building. They need to hire a cleaning company here. Some of the people who live here said their families refuse to visit them because of the dirty conditions. Sad

Not sure why the negative review. I have a grandparent that has lived here for over 10 years so I have seen a lot of changes over the years. The last owner replaced one small hall with new carpet that was destroyed in less than a year. The most recent owner has replaced several halls with much nicer wood flooring that doesnt stain like the carpet.Not all halls yet, but it is a big place! Ive watched countless number of people drag trash and let it leak all over the floor and not clean it up. Ive watched the cleaner sweep a hall and someone come behind 30 min later spilling stuff on the floor. Not their fault. Yes some areas dont look the best and need to be updated, but I do notice the rooms that have been done. My grandma has always been treated good by the leasing office and maintenance. Its a great place and she loves it there.

Best place ever

I have been trying to make an appointment with the people who run these apartments for a year now. I had an appointment with them a year ago and cancelled and haven't been able to have a conversation with them since. No one answers the phone when you call. Today they did answer and I explained what I just said about how hard it is to reach them. The lady was beligerent and hostile. She accused me of not showing up for more than one appointment a year ago without calling to cancel. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. I did call and cancel. They just never check their answering machine so it probably got lost. But I do remember making an appointment with THEM and THEY cancelled on me. When that happened I was told that THEY will call back to make another appointment. They never did call me back and ever since then I have been calling and calling and leaving a message but no one will call me back. So today the lady did answer and all she could do was be hostile and call me a liar and hung up on me when I tried to explain. The only thing I am guilty of was calling them out on the incredible inefficiency and rudeness of their office workers. The owners of the these apartments are completely unavailable, no idea who they are, so I was never able to lodge a real complaint. They own another apartment in Fairborn Ohio. I checked out the website there and the same office people run that place too. Here is a review on Google of those apartments, note it is the same thing I am saying about never answering the phone: 'No one in office is ever there. Poor communication. Just want your money. No sympathy. Maintenance fix nothing.'Lovely place.
