Our family is more than content with the kind, responsive and quality care our parent is receiving at this senior living facility. All personnel from admistrators, aides, nursing to dining room staff, housekeeping and laundry are upbeat, encouraging and more than kind. We are more than satisfied with the care received since November.

Was looking at a place to put my mom in who needs a little help. I talked with the leasing people on the phone they were so rude, there is no way I would put someone I love in a place that hire people like that.

I have been employed here at The Waterford at Levis Commons for two years now. I say everyday that I have the BEST job and truly love what I do for a living. The residents have become an extended family of mine. They share in the good times and will openly share when there is room for improvements and growth. I wish I knew about this community when my family was helping my grandmother find a home with assisted living.
