My grandmother had to wait for 50 minutes after she fell for someone to come in and get her. The staff has gotten slower and slower over the time she had been there. This is not okay for an old woman to have to wait 50 minutes. She could have been dying and they would t have known it. NOT coming back here and watch out for your love ones.

Vista Springs Quail Highlands in Concord is breath-taking!! From the inside to the outside and everything in between. The staff is even more exceptional; they are pleasant, caring and passionate in what they have to offer to the community. Each living space is meticulously decorated with great views in every room. I wouldn't want my loved one to be anywhere else!! Simply superb!! Fantastic place!!
