Very nice place

Outside the building looks wonderful. And the front lobby looks wonderful too. Some rooms have been up dated, but others havent. Activites dont happen 99.9% of the time which is something you need in an memory care. Residents complain of being board and those you dont speak their complaints simply just sleep in their wheel chairs. Activites post their activites for the month, but 99.9% again of the time they dont do anything besides going out and smoking outside every 15 minutes. Mangament acts friendly, understand and professional, but they truly arent. Their morning meetings involve talking poorly of workers and residents. They dont fallow through on anything they say like helping family members or given worker raises etc. Maintains is lacking. The head of that department hides out inside rooms. Repairs need done, but they'll go months without being fixed. A hole in the residents bathroom ceiling stayed like that for over an year and still hasnt been fixed. Nursing isnt any better. Nurses dont care and neither do caregivers. The carestaff don't do proper care like brushing teeth twice an day, shaving daily and doing daily twice a day washing of areas. Caregivers simply through on clothes on residents. Leaving food on them after meals. And leave them sitting wet. And Nurses dont care what carestaff is doing as long as you don't bother them. Kitchen, the foods alright. And housekeeping is alright too. Laundry is okay, but laundry is left damp dressers and closets which get moldy. I dont recommend anyone to place their loved one here or even to work here.

Extremely understaffed, patients needs are not addressed or attended too. They over medicate to keep from having to deal with the residents.The residents spend all there time alone in there rooms, activities are non existent. Management says what you as a family member wants to hear with no intentions of following threw. Give strong reconsideration to placing your loved ones in this facility.
