We had a family member spend 14 days at O'Neill Healthcare in North Ridgeville, Ohio. We selected this skilled nursing facility because of the 5 Star Rating. We had a very poor experience. There were very long waits for staff to answer the call light, it was very difficult to get anyone on the phone, and the discharge experience was poorly planned. It's sad the the 5 Star Ratings don't reflect the actual patient experience.

O'Neill was home to my grandparents for quite a while before they passed. My family and I could not have been happier with the care they received! The staff were great and really made my grandparents feel safe and secure in their environment. The staff was more than accommodating and entrusting throughout their stay. Thanks O'Neill

My grandparents have been cared for at this wonderful facility on multiple occasions. The staff expertly cared for all of their individual needs. They provided compassionate and competent care. Communication was excellent. The Director of Nursing is very involved and approachable. I highly recommend ONeill North Ridgeville!

My father and mother in law were residents at O'Neill North Ridgeville. Nurses and aides provided such great care to both. The Director of Nursing was so helpful with the room situation for my mother in law, Social Worker very helpful and informative with our questions. They both enjoyed the food, our family felt welcomed when visiting. My father passed Oct. of 2018, and my mother in law passed Dec. of 2018, staff were so caring. I was very impressed O'Neill and would highly recommend their facility.
