Please dont believe you can age in place here. What they really mean is they will charge you a lot of money for care they dont provide and when you complain they will tell you that you need to hire your own private caregivers. We were very misled. As a healthcare provider I found this facility to be very uncaring and difficult to work with. My parents were miserable here, never engaged by their activities staff, very isolated and alone. Please think twice.

Our family is so happy with the care and compassion provided to our dad. The environment is ideal for his challenges and the care team is so well trained to meet his needs. We are so grateful to Sanctuary Grande as the home away from home for our family!

Like one other mentioned, poor management, and very rude and inconsiderate empoyees. I spoke to Bonnie today about the open interview today to see if I could come tomorrow, she said no. Which was fine. I trief explaining her my situation if why I couldn't come to my one interview. I have carpal tunnel and wanted to make sure with my specialist that I'd be okay and wouldn't cause more damage doing this job. Before I could explain to Bonnie, she cut me off three times and literally said to me 'if you didn't have the courtesy of rescheduling, than you would not be a good employee'. I couldn't believe someone who hires/ does interviews or anything would talk that way to someone. Before all this what I was trying to tell her, was that I spoke to a Megan twice, told her my situation and the second time she said that Bonnie wasn't there anymore. I also talked to a Pam, after another woman that hung up on me, asking about ther job description beforehand so I could ask my specialist if I'd be okay. Well, the second time I spoke to Megan, she transferred me to Melanie who also does interviews, and I left a message explaining my situation. Yesterday, I got an ermail about the open interviews. What gets me, is not only the way Bonnie spoke to me, but if I wasn't likely going to be a goodf fit/employee, why send me an email? I see why she said what she said. They must not be able to keep people if, according to Bonnie, they do open interviews once a week. I definitely will not ever apply here, or reccomand this place to anyone. Bad management, and rude/inconsiderate hiring managers. Think twice before applying.
