Heritage Villas is a fantastic example of thinking outside of the box with the aging continuum. Home like and comfortable, its like an extended family supporting the aging community. Newly renovated with some continued changes happening, its an affordable and friendly place. Active and happy people were everywhere on the campus although they care for all (including some of the grumpy and shy)who they work with gently. If Assisted Living or Supportive Independent Living is in your mind, check them out.

A few times a year I come in to visit a friend who lives at Heritage and I have had nothing but positive experiences. All staff have been accommodating and friendly and always make me feel welcome. Visit in the spring to see how beautiful the Villas are, especially the garden sitting area. They also offer activities daily and have two nurses who are very knowledgeable and caring and treat the residents like family. All of the caregivers are helpful and kind as well. I really enjoy the smaller family like atmosphere and how the staff interact with the residents. Great place to live and visit!

Heritage Villas is an excellent and affordable option that individualizes the care plan by resident. My Uncle has been there for 2 years and they have worked with me to adjust his care and living arrangements as his needs have changed. They have been great to work with. Their transportation service to medical appointments is extremely helpful as well.

We were extremely fortunate to find an assisted living facility like Heritage Villas three years ago for my father. He always tells us how much he likes it here. He did not like any of the other facilities we looked at in the area, they reminded him too much of a nursing home which he wasn't ready for. Great people here and easy to work with.

I would recommend Heritage Villas for anyone who likes a pleasant family environment. My husband has never asked to go back home and the first time I drove him down by the villas he wanted to stay there. The fact that it is not a huge building and each person has their own room makes it feel more homelike. There are a wide variety of people there and one can always find someone to talk to you or something to do.
