If I could give 0 I would!! I have worked in a few nursing homes and have seen some pretty messed up things happen. This nursing home on the other hand does not care about their patients! My dad has been there a week and within that week has lost 14 pounds, not getting his fluids, he has not been out of his bed since he arrived but one time! We had to request they call the squad because he was having issues breathing and chest pains and since he was on the o2 and his stats read fine oxygen wise the nurse refused to call the squad so I showed up and threatened to call myself! An aide made fun of my dads disability. Call lights not being answered nothing! Hope they enjoy state coming in

My grandmother fell and fractured her hip. She had to be placed here for physical therapy. This place (from day 1) only gave her physical therapy about once a week, when it was required everyday. They went all day without feeding her on several occasions. She needed assistance using the restroom and when she would ask, they would tell her to hold it. They went 3 weeks without bathing her, stole half of her wardrobe and when confronted on several occasions about all of this, their excuse was they forgot to feed/bathe her or misplaced her clothes. We gave them 3 chances to give her the proper care she needed and had to remove her because her health was declining so rapidly!

This facility is ALWAYS clean and smells nice!! The staff are very helpful, especially Tracy the admissions director. I love eating lunch in the diner here. The food is great and you cant beat the prices!! Nice place to visit!

The Administrator, Sheri, is so kind, caring, and professional! You can tell that she is leading by example because these attributes that she demonstrates reverberate throughout the facility!!!

The staff are incredible here and always willing to go above and beyond! I absolutely love the therapist and the newly renovated rehab suites also. Great place for long term care and rehabilitation services!
