Very clean. Staff was nice, but they are extremely short staffed. Rooms are hospital like and very basic. Was led to believe on the phone that mom would b in a private room and was in a semi private shoebox size room when I arrived. You couldn't even put a chair in there with the two beds. After a discussion, she was moved to a larger semi private without a roommate. Food looked terrible. Tasted a couple of moms meals and they were as bad as they looked. She lost a lot of weight in the few weeks she was there and became very depressed. Her days were spent in a wheel chair in a commons area outside the nurses station with a lot of the other residents just parked in front of the TV. It was sad to see. She is now doing great at her assisted living home after leaving there. Putting weight smiling etc. Not sure why this is a 5 star facility, not our experience.
