The people at Smiths Mill Health Campus have made my mom and myself feel so welcome. The campus is beautiful and is equipped with the latest technology and the food is amazing ,but most of all its the people who work at Smiths Mill and the excellent care my mom has received, from the moment she arrived. I live in New Albany and feel so blessed to have my mom in the same community that we live in. Smiths Mill Health Campus holds to New Albanys high standard of health and wellness and I am so glad we found them

A great feeling of right at home just walking in. Food exceeded all expectations- great quality and personal attention. On your tour or visit make sure to get a loaf of the signature cranberry walnut bread- ours barely made it home! So good!

I am the Executive Director at this campus and have worked here since August, 2019...before it even opened! I have very much enjoyed the amazing team of professionals I have the pleasure of working with daily. There truly are HEROES who work here!! The team goes above and beyond every single day to live up to the Trilogy Service Standards. Our Resident families are happy and often share that with me. I would recommend this campus to my own family if they were in need of care.

Smiths Mill Health Campus is a GREAT place to work! I love working for such a compassionate company and working with such a great group of people! It is an excellent campus with a full continuum of care including an independent and assisted living facility as well as skilled nursing and rehab where a person can truly get all the levels of care needed! I feel like all of the staff are there to serve and help the residents in any way they can from personal care, meaningful activities, individualized rehab programs, delicious food service, facility cleanliness and genuinely spending time with the residents! Our staff makes you feel at home and comfortable at a time of anxiousness and unfamiliarity. If you pick this facility for whatever your need may be, you wont regret it!!!
