The residents need phones that sit on their own beds so they can answer them. You call and either they dont answer the one phone every resident has to share! That can make them sick. PUT PHONES PLEASE IN THEIR ROOMS ON THEIR BEDS SO WE CAN TALK TO OUR LOVE ONES! PLEASE! AND I PRAY YOU ARE TREATING THEM RIGHT GOD WILL GET YOU IF YOUR NOT BELIEVE THAT IN THE NAME OF JESUS AMEN! BE KIND TO THE ONES WHO HAVE NO ONE TO COME SEE THEM AND THEY ARE ALONE THEY HAVE TO BE SCARED! GOT TO BE SCARED TO BE STUCK IN YOUR OWN MIND AND KNOW NO ONE OR NOTHING GOD DONT LIKE UGLY AND SOMEDAY THAT COULD BE YOU! I PRAY NO ONE GOES THROUGH THIS. LOVE OTHERS IN THE NAME OF JESUS AMEN!

My mother was here for approximately 1 month she had dementia and I called several times to speak to personnel at Woodside I told them that as long as the insurance covered it she could stay they assured me that everything was covered next thing I know my mother had been sued she has dementia and mother was being sued by Woodside I found legal paperwork unopened at my mom's house after she had already been sued I called and complained that they said it wasn't their fault that insurance said that would cover it now she is stuck on a limited income with a $3500 Bill that she can't even afford

front Area was clean & bathroom was clean. But switch in management, has made it hard on them I believe. Want in there for interview & they said I worked there for two weeks. I never worked there only want to orientation. No one told me it was 6am to 6pm job. I Tryed to explain I talked to someone about me not being able to get daycare for them hours but nurse director didn't listen & if she doesn't want to listen to a potential employee. They probably do the say to there current employer, I rather work for a company that appreciates me and shows respect and try to figure stuff out.
