Horrible. Horrible place! Management does not care about their employees or the residents that live there in Assisted Living. They only care about getting paid! The aides/nurses are overworked and underpaid. My heart aches for anyone whose family has to go here.

All is the employees here are amazing! Each one has a heart for service of others. I work here and also have/had Family at Ohio Living Mt Pleasant. If you are looking for a place for your family take the time and tour. Look for more than pretty wall paper. Look for the passion in the people that you are walking by and talking too. You will see this passion and love here at Ohio Living Mt Pleasant.

This is a great place to work and the residents are treated with dignity and respect. There are many extras that are wonderful! Free meals, great benefits, tuition assistance, birthday as a holiday, 403b match plan, vacation time upon hire, and so many more! Love it!
