Fantastic from beginning to end. The aids and Director of Nursing are great. PT and OT were outstanding. Diet Tech , food and menu very accommodating daily. Environment was very comfortable, clean, inviting. I would recommend this facility not only for rehab but extended stay as well.

This is the place, this is where I would like to go if I require extended care, this is the pace I would take my own mother, the facility is clean, the patients all sit at a long family type table for meals with the staff, the food is amazing and I would attribute that to the facility being broken up into multiple home style units, the each have there own kitchen. This place really gives you the feeling that your at home, this is my highest recommended facility that I have been to, please though keep in mind that not all otterbines are the same, some of them are not s nice.

Home like setting is very nice when recovering from a surgery, needing therapy or staying long-term. Private rooms and bathrooms ensure privacy. The staff are caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Therapy is top notch and great quality of care all around.
