My Mom is Happy and when my Mom's Happy so am I. Bickford of Middletown has been a great choice for her.The staff and management are always accessible and if I have aconcern, the remedy is figured out and put into place.

Employees in the Memory Care Unit go above and beyond to care for my mother, who is 99, and some times non-verbal. They do a wonderful job and are very kind, patient, loving and caring. Administrative staff is easily accessible and very quick to address concerns or issues.
