The building was very clean and the department heads were extremely helpful with all questions. They seem to be very involved in the community and that's awesome. Thank for all you guys do.

Great facility. The care dad recieves is top notch. But most importantly HE loves it!

They are very often short-staffed, with only 3 staff members there to wake and dress residents and feed them. There are a few (4) nurses and aides who are great, helpful, friendly. The rest of the staff are only there to put in the time for a paycheck. one aide is constantly on her phone when shes supposed to be feeding residents. Then after ignoring them, she clears their plate as if they had no interest in eating, and the residents go til the next meal time before having another opportunity to eat. I have, overall, not been impressed with this facility, especially since its one of the higher priced ones in the area. You expect better care when you pay more.
