My grandmother stays there. She loves it!!!! The staff treats her like family

Great place. Looked at many options for my mom and Atria is by far the best. The staff truly loves what they do. You feel it when you walk in the door. So many independent residents. I saw a happy hour on Friday and the place was packed!

Beautiful building, lovely staff members from aides to dietary to awesome nurses and housekeepers but management is absolutely horrible. Employee concerns are never addressed in a timely manner which is why the company is becoming a revolving door of new staff every month and resident concerns arent taken seriously until the family is ready to pull them out. Theyre more focused on maintaining this fake image of perfection instead of actually digging deep to solve issues the employees and families have as well as making sure residents have what they need and are presentable on a everyday basis. I unfortunately had to leave because my heart is too big and I just couldnt sit back and watch certain residents being treated poorly while others were treated perfectly but I will miss so many people there and will never forget the great times we all had together! Xoxo Overall amazing employees and nurses and a positive atmosphere that I enjoyed each day but management definitely doesnt pay attention to the details and what really needs to change in order to keep consistent staff and when you dont keep consistent staff it throws the residents off having to get to know new aides each month.

When you walk through the doors of Atria Newell Creek, you feel like you're at home. It is a very welcoming environment. The residents are always out in the community involved in a program, or socializing with family and friends. The staff members always have a smile on their face, and always make the residents their number one priority. The community is clean, bright, and always full of life. Atria holds very high standards and expectations, which is why we have changed the 'norm' of senior living. We exceed expectations, and make sure the customer is always right. This is why we are so different from other communities. I am proud to work for Atria, and the fact that I get to enhance the lives of our residents each day.
