Governor's Pointe

I am writing to let you know how very wonderful your entire staff has been with my Mom. Since she entered Governor's Pointe on December 31st, she has really transitioned into a very happy person and so much of that I attribute to the kindness, attention, patience and caring of your staff. From the nurses to the housekeeping, to the chefs, servers, physical therapist, aides, Bob the maintenance man, Becky the activities director, Christine (receptionist?) and of course yourself, everyone has met or exceeded our expectations. I hope that I did not overlook anyone in that list (it is late), but I just want you to know that we so very much appreciate each and every person that has helped and continues to help my Mom feel safe, comfortable and important. The happiness of your residents is a good indicator of what an awesome job your staff does on a daily basis. It is really comforting to know that she is cared for and in good company.I try to communicate this to them when I am there, but please relay this message on to them so they don't forget. :-)Sincerely,Courtney Werling
