My mother broke her rib and they never acknowledged it was broken. They said she fell on her bottom but her 9th rib was broken. She also had bruises on her jaw line that they said were age spots. Many concerns that I don't have room to talk about. My heart is now .

Employees were very rude in this facility...no one should be treated like that when starting a new place of employment, especially in a professional atmosphere such as a nursing home, where you are caring for the elderly.

I am somewhat disappointed ! My husband was arriving by ambulance from the hospital after a hip surgery. He arrived at 2:30 pmish on a Friday. He needed a trapeze above his bed but the maintenance staff ( one man) only works from 7-3, m-f. We have been told that this apparatus will not be installed till Monday. This leaves him struggling to get in/out of bed and just repositioning. I also carried a RX to them from the hospital for his pain meds. At 7pm when he asked for them he was told that the pharmacy was out and would have to drop ship them. He got them at 1:30 in the morning! They were able to give him Tylenol but that isnt much help when you have a 12 slice on your hip.Overall, so far, Day 3, the facility is clean, the food is adequate and the care has been good towards him. I did hear some conversations between staff and staff/ resident that I am unhappy with and will be reporting.This is an update... after the initial period of displeasure we were satisfied with their service.

This place is horrible the staff are rude and very mean they only act nice to future client's i do not recommend this place to anyone
