Sunrise Pointe Nursing & Rehab

#don't judge this book by its cover. 3 years ago I was looking for a place to take care of my mom and my two aunts, and on three different occasions I visited sunrise point, and each time I turned around because I judged sunrise point by its cover. Unbenounced to me 3 years later I will need a place for myself I came to sunrise point and since day one I have been pleasantly surprised by this outstanding staff!Day one the admission director took care of my insurance company,day two I met the director of nursing about my care,day three the outstanding therapy department a small but effective group of caring people,the social worker was working for me and I didn't even know it yet, who does that! The nursing staff and there aides are very impressive and caring,the activities department is second to none.These people actually care about the people who depend on them and it all starts from the director of the facility.Truly an outstanding staff.

Very good place to keep your loved ones.

This place smelled like pee. The people there wonder into other rooms and sleeps in peoples bed. The ladies there on second floor are rude trying to tell you something you don't want. The social worker was not very helpful at all. She told me to do all the work then let her know when done. I would never let my love one stay there. This place is terrible and should not be open. I feel I should call the channel 19 news or Fox 8. That's how bad it is taking people money. Shame on them!!

Not the best place for someone you love. Don't do this to your loved ones or yourself.I don't recommend anyone to this place.
