The Waterford at Mansfield

TERRIBLE PLACE TO WORK FOR AND TERRIBLE PLACE TO BRING YOUR LOVED ONES !!! And the new director or whoever she is is rude and lies. Everyone in HR is unprofessional and needs to be shut down or replaced. Just because it looks nice and you see a few good reviews doesnt mean anything.

I cannot even go into detail about how wrong this place is. Aides and nurses pour their love and hearts into these residents as if they were family. New management completely harassed and bullies the good employees sadly losing almost all of them now.

I applied here for a job and the lady was very adamant about hiring me contingent on my background and everything. I was supposed to start three weeks ago. I called in and asked if everything came back and I was told that it did but she has not taken the time to view it yet. Here it is three weeks later and I still have not received a call back from HR. I have been turning down other jobs because the director told me herself that I am hired. She even gave me a schedule and everything. Here I am without money/employment because no one had the decency to contact me and say We decided to choose someone else for the position even though we had you go through thee entire process of a drug screen and background check etc. Initially this seems like a nice place on the outside. Just poor communication between management and employees/potential employees. I cant wait any longer. I have bills to take care of, this experience has been very unprofessional and upsetting.

My mother was at the Waterford in Mansfield Ohio and she was not treated well at all. We have moved her to another facility. This organization needs diversity training and training in the area of caring for dementia patients. Restructuring and training needs to be done at all levels.
