No staff, constant excuses for bad care.

Don't have your loved ones stay at this facility! We received misinformation, we were lied to and we were truly afraid for our mother's health/well being. We are so glad we transferred our mother last night because she had regressed from her stay in the hospital.

Eastgate facility. Whenever I have walked in to see my dad, the staff is sitting around doing nothing. They just stare at you. If you ask about anything, they have to make a phone call to someone else. You might get an answer 30 minutes later. One of the worst nursing facilities in the area. My fathers wheel chair has one leg rest. They have to call someone else to figure out what to do. The staff didnt even get out of chairs to see what was wrong or to look for the other leg rest.

After only two days, we are getting my mother out of here! Horribly run place. Day staff on Saturday when we arrived were great and all seemed fine for rehab to start on my mothers broken hip. As of Monday morning, still no skin check and no bath/shower. Pain meds were not set up ahead of her arrival so she went 12 hours without and when she needed to go to bathroom... over 1/2 hour wait for help. Many excuses given... dont send your loved ones to this place. I hope the good staff can get out of a horribly managed facility. Maineville, Ohio
