My family is very happy with Visiting Angels. My dad's caregivers are good people who treat him like they would treat their own family. They remember little things about him and what he likes and doesn't like. The office people are friendly and easy to work with.

I've only been working for Visiting Angel's a couple months, I really enjoy helping the elderly be able to stay at home. Becoming a part of their lives is so rewarding. Visiting Angel's trusts me to take care of them and make their lives more enjoyable. The office staff, Robin, Phoenix, Aaron, and Joel are very friendly and approachable. Thanks for the opportunity to be placed with amazing clients.

This place needs to be investigated for insurance fraud. My grandmother is supposed to have an aide 7 days a week and is left without an aide for days at a time. This past week no one showed the whole week. She called and left messages and didn't receive any call back. They are being paid by Medicaid for services that aren't being provided. I reported the owner and I advise everyone else having the same issues to do so as well.

Visiting Angels has been great to work with from the first meeting when they took detailed information about my dad and his needs. He is 86 and has some mobility issues. He was very hesitant at first to have anyone helping him. His caregivers are friendly and kind and are patient with him. I would recommend Visiting Angels.
