I would like to thank all the staff.Nurses,stnas,housekeeping.therapy and everyone who had a hand in my moms care. Thank you for the phone calls with the updates that was very reassurimg at times. Thank you to the girls in the offices that put up with all my questions. Hopefully pretty soon all this madness with the virus will be over. Thanks again

My dad was in this facility for 6 hours. He left because the nursing staff didnt know he was there. Nursing staff was rude to our family. Avoid this facility.

Very nice indeed. Right on the lake, loaded with great views and the soothing sound of waves.Nautical themed, I had the distinct feeling that I was on a cruise ship at times. Complete with a very nice lounge and extra comfy parlor, with a fireplace to cosy up to.In addition to that there's a great boardwalk area, with a cafe', to enjoy the views and read the news.

No stars. Grandpa was there for 7 days. No bath. No shower. No eye drops. Neglected and late on medications. Pathetic way to treat anyone.

Let see this the worst I ever had too deal with.they lied on me and said I had weed which they proably plant it.I don't do that.they claim I lit cigarette did not do that.staff are rude takes forever too come.my room mate and i.they laugh at us like we are trash.we are not trash.god has this.he will protect us.as I was leave too go out a nurse dodge at me and acuse me going out smoke weed. So do you guys favor don't waste your time.cause me and my room mate hear them laugh at both of us.when were in pain they take forever. I know my neighbor sick.for them too treat both of us this way.and too laugh at us like we're fake.we sure are not fake.this would not be a place go for vacation.the whole staff laugh at us.all the time.they say we believe you.but then goes out and laugh at us .we don't deserve this.they took my wheelchair never gave back
