There are not enough stars to hand out to express how well our family was treated during our time with our Dad. They make you feel like you are family from the first minute you walk in the door and anything they have available is yours too. Every staff member was exceptionally kind and caring. We truly appreciate our time at the Madison House!

The best staff Ive had the pleasure to work with. The staff is wonderful with my uncle and I cannot express how much I appreciate them all.

Madison House did a wonderful job transitioning my sister from another facility to their place. They work hard to make everyone feel like family. I would highly recommend the Madison House for any type of assisted living needs.

This team was absolutely amazing! Caring not only for my dad but for my whole family as we said our goodbyes. Molly and Missy you have a remarkable group of people working there! We certainly adding a little craziness with the number of people we had in and out but we were greatly warmly. Clean, caring and comfortable.

The facility is beautiful. However for dementia care find a facility that is trained in how to redirect your loved one without making them fearful, or medicating your loved one. Medication is very much needed, but not to the point they can't walk. My stepfather has been in my life for 50 years. After lengthy conversations and looks at other facilities, I had decided to take him there. After a very short time, Sept. 30th untill Dec. 17th, and me not permitting them to over medicating him (IMO), primarily due him being squadded to ER within a week of admission because if reaction to medication. I was requested to remove him and given two choices where I could take him. I took him to Hocking Hills behavioral health, the best gift for us, as he was properly diagnosed.Dementia/Alzheimer's is a terrible disease for the family/caregiver. Care of your loved one is the most important thing and having peace of mind knowing that they are being cared for.
