The staff was awesome! I needed an apartment in a hurry and Sam hooked me up with the perfect place for my wants and needs. I've been here a week and the maintenance staff has corrected a few minor issues very quickly. My only negative is I don't know how much they cleaned before I moved in. I did need to clean the floors pretty good and replace a burned out light in the laundry room but I'm a bit of a OCD / clean freak so I'll give them a break! Very happy with the new place!

Dont do it!!! The new management is AWFUL all the apartments are over crowded and you have zero places to park and they threaten to tow when they are the problem! The ladies up front are miserable and dont care about your problems or concerns. The only reason the got 2 stars is because all th maintenance guys are cool. Find another place that cares about residents. * UPDATE* I'd like to fix this review, although I did have some frustration with Management they have stepped their game up into making my stay with this community a good one. I wasnt sure if I'd renew but they did what they could to keep me here for a few more years by giving me upgraded floors! I'm glad I'm staying at a great place.

So far I'm not impressed. Very pleasant until you sign on the dotted line. Now they don't return calls or emails. More is being taken out of my account than what was quoted. Can't get a response to find out why. Still waiting on my maintenance request to be taken care of. I spoke and went through the portal. They know I work alot so the virus is not an excuse. I'm not even here 98% of the time. Maybe if I could get some answers from someone I wouldn't be so cranky about the whole experience. Right now I'm thinking I made a huge mistake.

I have lived at this property almost 3 years and have been through multiple management changes. The current staff has been the best by far, not only the office staff but the maintenance team as well. Any issues I have with my unit are addressed immediately and the presence of the staff on the grounds is also reassuring. The school system for my son brought me to this area after a work relocation. I visited ever apartment community in the area and the pricing at RW is actually on the low end for housing in this district. I couldn't be happier! Keep up the good job!
