I loved coming to work I enjoyed taking care of the residents but I couldnt take bossiness nor the rudeness of some of the upper staff The residence Are amazing and the nurses and aids are by far the most wonderful people you will ever meet to take care of your mom or dad but the director shawna and others are rude stuck up people they will treat you so good then like you are nothing they have no respect for others . As for a place for your parents its amazing but a place to work the worst !

Modern Nursing Homes leave a lot to be desired. This one is pretty exceptional. Nice location. Clean. Good staff. They seem genuinely dedicated to the care of those living within their walls. If you are looking for a care facility in Lancaster, I highly recommend you check this one out. We couldn't be happier.
