As a residing resident I can say truthfully that all residents are taken great care of. Those that require special attention get it. Granted there could be more staff on duty but all in all those that are on duty do everything they can to make sure all residents fell as comfortable as possible.

My grandmother was a resident for 8 years prior to her death. My grandfather was a resident for a few months as well. My mom has been in the facility for many years now. She was not happy at first, but she has grown to enjoy living at the Sanctuary. Admittedly, the place doesn't look like much and could use some major overhaul and asthetic updating. But when it comes to care and compassion, the place cannot be beat. They have shown my loved ones a tremendous amount of respect in the care they have received. I live in California, and if there is anything even remotely amiss ('your mom has developed a bit of a cold') they have always been quick to provide necessary communication. I highly, highly recommend. The care provided has been nothing short of excellent.
