Horrible facility. They are CONSISTENTLY late with your pain meds. I can tolerate 30 minutes late. Forty five minutes late, ABSOLUTE MAX. MORE THAN TWO HOURS-LATE with a patients pain meds is out right evil. The evenings are the worst for the patients. The more decent staff are there during the day. THEY are more on time with pain meds. Im very disappointed in this facility. Serious improvements need to be made. God help the patients.

I have worked at The Village at Marymount for over 5 years and truly enjoy working here. The staff are dedicated to the residents and the facility and grounds are beautiful.

Have never worked at a better SNF/AL EVER!!!! This environment is different on so many levels and makes for a positive work day. Staff truly cares about the residents and the administration staff and higher really care about the employees. Its a nice charge to see people smiling always and to know that your voice is heard and opinion respected. I cannot recommend this facility enough as a place to work and to bring your family to in the event of needing care.

Mother was at the hospice they were very disorganized. Gave her unauthorized meds and only two aids were good and two nurses. They were sleeping at front desk. Call lights stayed on short staff.Sometimes they didnt feed my mother or attend to her was found on floor twice. Nurses gave to much morphine because they didnt want to deal with her sometimes combative behavior. My mother gave several aides money they didnt deserve nothing they killed my Mother other nurses even told me about giving to much morphine. There med cart was often left unlock unattended and often breach of confidentiality was often compromised. My Mother wasnt seen for four to six hours or changed. The call lights often Ignored. Ohio has the worst nursing and hospice facilities and even the best are the worst because the nurses and aides heartless. They all have luv ones and themselves will be sick one day and they will suffer and remember.
