Sage park was the wore nursing homes iv ever worked for..just expect for love one to be neglected an subject to die within 6 months after entering .. they have several residents that fall an they refuse to send them out to the hospital or call an report to loved ones .. they have given residents the wrong meds an there are never enough staff ... the staff arent certified they will hire anybody that will come to work overall a horrible place to have your loved ones spend the rest of there lives . I worked there 9 months seen every manager in Every department put a 30 day notice in an leave. .. management needs more experience

The staff at Sage Park is top-notch. They cared for my mother for 18 months as if she was one of their own family. Wonderful atmosphere and kind staff. Beautiful rooms and lots of activities, no matter where the residents are in their journey. Can't say enough good things about them.

We turned to Sage Park after a bad experience in another nursing home. It was like night and day how they cared for my grandfather. I am so happy we made the move. We all knew he would not have wanted to live with the severe dementia that came on suddenly following an operation, however Sage Park gave him a place to live out his final days with as much quality of life as could be expected.
