I've worked at valley view for almost 12 years and I think it's the best facility around. The food is much better than most restaurants, the therapists are amazing--they work miracles on our residents. The staff all care about our residents and take time to get to know them and their families. Most of us are friends outside of work and we all work together. We try and take care of each person the way we would want our own parents taken care of.
