It's not a bad place completely. They could use some more help with maintaining the property. The staff does try but they don't have enough manpower. The elevators scare me to death they make so much noise or they're broken and out of service often

The ladies in the office are very nice and easy to talk to. I am from out of state and looking for an apartment to be closer to family. Im very nervous to move to a place Ive never been to before and was offered a tour through video chat. Just the offer blew me away! I have called several places and this was never offered. Above and beyond what I expected! Ive called probably 30 times over the past few weeks with questions and have been reassured that Im no bother. I was even given cell phone numbers of the staff to call if no one answers at the office. Very good customer service! The place looks beautiful and I cant wait until I can move in. No surprise that there is a waiting list.

No one in office is ever there. Poor communication. Just want your money. No sympathy. Maintenance fix nothing.
