We recently had our elderly Uncle at this facility. We were extremely pleased with his care. He was treated like family. During every visit we were very impressed with how well maintained & clean everything was. The staff was always friendly and kept us informed. We highly recommend Crossroads to anyone seeking an assistant living facility.

Its pretty bad you guys are true north for Alzheimer's and Dementia and didn't want to take care of grandfather. Always calling everyday saying he did this he did that. Ridiculous! The nurse Kelly always wanted him out! She's very unprofessional and disrespectful! Always rude! Wanted to ask personal family questions then tell other employees! Girl's back there were always sitting on the couch. Always on their cell phones and having their credit cards out while on their phone's! Ridiculous! There was only one that would help my pap. The rest didn't do much for him. This place reminds me of high school with a bunch of drama! This was supposed to be a great place with professional employees to take care of your loved one. I would say after the time he was there I would disagree that it was terrible! All they care about is a pay check and which other family had more money to stay there vs taking care of my grandfather.

This place did an amazing job taking care of my grandmother with alzheimers. I work as a nurse in an acute care setting and know how difficult it can be especially when it involves your loved ones who no longer remember who you are or who they themselves are anymore. From day one when my family desperately needed them they were there and called us with any concerns. Unfortunately the day has come after being there over a year in assisted living and she has to move on to a new level of care due to her decline that comes from the disease process. They kept her emotional and physical needs a priority when her family no longer could provide the 24 hour care she needed. Kel & the crossroads team did an exceptional job in an unfortunate situation and became her new family in a lost world that she thankfully did not have to navigate alone. Even though the next level of care means she is heading closer to leaving us we know she would have been happy with her care if she could say so herself. Thanks Crossroads! Highly recommended! Very clean with all the comforts of home and more! Locked unit for alzheimers patients with an outside area as well. Quality is top notch with the appearance of a hotel and never once noticed an offensive odor!
