Symphony at Centerville

I love working here! I've been an aide since 2010 and this is the first facility I have worked at where upper management will not hesitate to help take the load of whether it's a day where someone has called in sick and we could use the extra hands or just come back to help us because they truely appreciate our work. I've begged for this sort of employee commitment and to finally have it is bliss. I'm now a laundry aide instead of a caregiver but still the level of understanding and appreciate never dropped an ounce. You will come across things you dont like in almost every facility you work in but here a symphony they strive to be problem solvers and quick fixers and for that I am confident they will succeed no matter what. Communication is key here and I hope for many more years being a part of what I've come to find as a work family in just 9 short months. Thank you symphony for caring for me as more than just an employee.

As an employee at Symphony this time of year. I feel the magic of Christmas. In addition the atmosphere is welcoming with the nursing staff and caregivers being so very professional and kind. And the activity dept being stellar.
