Clients go hours without meds, meds missing/mysteriously run out 7-14 days before time for refill. Pains and/or sores not being looked at no matter how many times asked or how many people ask. Request an actual nurse, HA Is there even one? This list is much longer...

Overall the staff is very loving and caring about the community. They treat this as their home and residence as part of their family. I wouldn't have my mom go any place else. My mother is 90 years old and a very social person and this is given her new friends to bond with and socialize. She says it's keeping her Young.

I went to visit my mom and someone had just went into the room to collect laundry. I walked in and her room smelled powerfully like urine. The bathroom had feces dried on the floor in front of the toilet in plain sight. It took me so long to clean it up that I believe it had been there for a very long time. The staff seems very uncaring too.

This place is absolutely terrible! The aids and nurses are no help what so ever. There is only certain aids who do their job there. They let the people in there go around in unchanged diapers etc. Ive never seen a place treat people this way, especially people with Alzheimers. Someone pooped on my relatives floor last night and I come in today and its still not cleaned up after telling the people working multiple times that its there! There was a aid who told us that it was not her job to clean poop and that she did not get paid enough (well if its not her job, whos job really is it?) She said the place is a apartment style where these people can pull up their own pants and do things on their own, she said since its assisted living place the people (who have Alzheimers) can do things on their own basically. The people there and the aid there today played inappropriate rap music and all they do is stay on their phone! This place is terrible and I wouldnt even let my dog stay in this place.
