As a resident of Cherry Blossom I am proud to encourage others to come here to be part of an amazing community. The facility is clean, the staff is very loving and professional. The food is great and a variety of activities are offered 7 days a week. Whether you can live in the independent area, you need some help and assisted living is for you, life can be beautiful. Cherry Blossom provided hospitality for my family during the loss of my uncle who was a resident. The facility is beautiful, clean, the food is deliciousness the service was outstanding. I highly recommend this property for the care of senior family members in Ohio.

It is a new building full of comfort, welcoming, very detailed and great food. Amazing residents and staffs here but the business needs a whole lot of improvement as they are understaffed from nurses to servers. Both my grandmother and grandfather came in for a visit there and the times they were there they had unscheduled fire alarms go off and no one knew who to contact or how to turn the alarms off as it continues to go off through out lunch. Not only that, but there is a lot of miscommunication and unreliable information given to the residents from the management. DON'T PROMISE RESIDENTS JUST TO GET THEM MOVED IN AND NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE!!!!! The business needs a whole lot improvement on their organization and each staff should be assigned proper role within their scope of practice and each staff should be given accurate and proper information by management. I also would like the business to set a vivid breakfast, lunch, dinner and happy hour schedules as couple times I had joined my grandparents, we were told we couldn't get lunch and alcohol during dinner past happy hour even though we were told the bar is open through out meals. It takes a village for a business to run smooth and handing out proper and accurate information to staffs starts from the upper management.
