I have known Connie and Kevin for years and they run an extremely professional agency. Their caregivers are outstanding and have been with them a long time. Connie and Kevin and their Visiting Angels office are great supporters of the senior community (and entire community) in Cleveland. I strongly recommend them for seniors.

Aides were caring and professional, and back office communication was excellent! Really set a high bar! Unfortunately it did not work for us to continue care with them, due to personal circumstances. I did not fully appreciate the quality of my experience until we tried another 'highly rated' company. I'd go back to Visiting Angels in a heartbeat, if the circumstances called for their services again.

Very unprofessional. Owner is rude and disrespectful. Calls never get returned. Please go with a better qualified company, there are plenty.
