I would never never never recommend this place to anyone they don't know how to control diabetes they try and overdose him with insolent they were going to give him in tonight just because the doctor ordered it and they leave him alone for too long my husband came in there after a hip surgery he was there for one night all day the next day or the next night I got a call in the morning he would had a fever and was unresponsive took him to ER he had pneumonia I don't know if this is true but my feeling was that they didn't check on him till it was time for breakfast and I was there till 9 at night the night before

Pretty much standard nursing home. Watch if your loved one has dentures, as my Dads Disappeared. They were not replaced. Dad had dementia and staff didnt seem ableTo treat him as well as they could have. I had to go to the nurse supervisor. ShowersWere scarce. I was not told he had mrsa. But perhaps that wasnt checked. We foundOut after he went to the va. He was on hospice. So Chillicothe va hospice acceptedHim. Its ok for some elderly. Meals are edible...physical therapy was good.
