I have been at this facility for 5 months. They have worked with me tirelessly and it has paid off Im going home! If I ever need to be somewhere again for Rehabilitation it will be here at Eastgate Spring.

Im getting ready to leave today. And of course I am happy but part of me will miss all of the wonderful support that I received while I was here. Thank you for being such a wonderful group of people. I will miss you all.
