My grandmother has lived here for 10 years. It used to be a very nice place. Only 55+ or those who had disabilities. Grew to know everyone and they were like family. Office staff was super nice and the custodian kept the building clean. Now they let anyone move in. Young people smoking and drinking and cursing. You never know when someone will be in the office. Can be dirty a lot. Elevators are always breaking down. It seems as though they just want the money. Cmha has turned into a slumlord. It is a shame to let people live in these conditions let alone the elderly.
