So disappointed. My mom-who has leukemia- stayed for one day and ended up with a urinary tract infection, likely caused by not being able to go to the bathroom when she needed to. Took her to the ER knowing she would not return. Her room was dirty, staff didnt respond to call light and she had to crawl to the bathroom on her own even though she was a fall risk, people randomly placed in the hallways calling for help with no response, and completely unorganized.

Extremely upset with their lack of following protocol. Then decided to fabricate a 'story' to cover themselves. Not appreciated at all!

Thanks for the whole staff being being supportive even though I was stubborn and walked out they are welcoming me back in to get the therapy I need.
