The Landing of Canton Assisted Living & Memory Care

My fiance worked for them a year and over multiple times they had her work alone in a department. Which is ILLEGAL. So basically if one elderly person was needing emergency assistance and another elderly lady fell, guess what. She was there alone only to help 1. She put a 2 weeks notice in because it was like the 8th time they did this to her and she couldnt keep up on the rounds and have to take responsibility on these poor peoples lifes. Anyways in contract any vacation time earned you will not receive upon quitting. So the manager there, named heather, told my fianc if she would fully work out her 2 weeks she would get her vacation time paid for as they were short handed and needed her to work. Now a month later they said sorry that they werent paying out her vacation time. Ive seen what goes on there 1st hand. Do not let your loved ones go there. The management is bull**** and they treat everyone like ****.
