Orchard Park Assisted Living

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE ALL THEY ARE WORRIED ABOUT IS MONEY! THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE NEED FIRED OR THE WHOLE PLACE SHUT DOWN. KIM IS VERY RUDE AND NASTY SHE DOESN'T DESERVE TO WORK WITH PEOPLE SHE HOLLERS AT THEM AND I SEEN HER PUSH ONE RESIDENT'S HEAD AND CALL HER A NAME I DID CALL JFS ON THIS SITUATION. TINA HAS SUCH HORRIBLE BED SIDE MANNERS AND ALWAYS SMELLS LIKE CIGARETTES AND SHE NEEDS A MAJOR ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT. THE KITCHEN PEOPLE ARE NASTY AND LAZY I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYBODY WEAR A HAIR NET AND THEY WANT ME AS A GUEST TO PAY 7.00 FOR THAT NASTY FOOD. MISTY WHO WAS THE BEST THEY HAD IS GONE AND I CAN TELL THE DIFFERENCE EVERY TIME I COME TO VISIT SHE WAS THE BEST ASSET TO ORCHARD PARK! SAMANTHA ON NIGHTS ALWAYS HAS HER STOMACH HANGING OUT AND SEEMS VERY LAZY. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW VICKY GOT DIRECTOR SHE IS SLOW AND VERY RUDE. STAR THE AIDE ACTS DUMB ALL THE TIME LIKE SHE IS ALWAYS LOST. NICOLE IS HALF WAY DECENT. MY PARENT HATES THIS PLACE. MATT WHAT KIND OF MAINTENANCE PERSON IS THAT THE DOOR IN THE ROOMS ARE FALLING OFF THE PAINT AND CARPETS IN THE HALLS NEED REPLACED AND HE BRINGS HIS KIDS TO WORK. GOOD THING I DON'T SEE WHITNEY MUCH SHE IS WORTHLESS. CANDY FROM THE KITCHEN IS NASTY NEVER LOOKS WELL PUT TOGETHER AND ALWAYS RUDE. CORPORATE SHOULD STEP IN AND LISTEN TO EVERY ONES COMPLAINTS.

My mother-in-law has only been a resident for about a month at a Orchard Park but so far so good. My initial visit when we were searching for a facility was very thorough. The staff person (I forget her name) took me on a guided tour, showing me 2 rooms being readied for occupancy along with the rest of the facility. It was at this time I met Matt the maintenance man. Super friendly guy and from what I saw a hard worker. My wife and I both came out the following day to see about getting her mom admitted. We met with Vicky, the administrator. She was very knowledgable and patient in explaining everything to us even though doing so kept her there way past her normal quitting time.We feel comfortable with choosing Orchard Park for Dorthy. Although she is still adjusting to her situation we feel Dorthy's care at Orchard Park is good. We have taken the opportunity to talk to some long term residents during our visits out there. 2 ladies in particular said they 'love' it there! We have also spoke with others who have family members out there and they all seemed satisfied with the care being given. We will update this review in the future. Should circumstances arise that cause concerns we will adjust our 5 star rating. But at this time we are happy with Orchard Park. Dan and Rox Wells

I can't begin to name everyone who works at Orchard Park, but i dont have any complaints about any of them. They are like family and treat our parents like family. There is no way my sisters and I can take care of our parents full time the way they do.
