The administration is extremely incompetent! A 'computer glitch' lost our original therapy order; the guaranteed appointment date came and went; therapists call the night before the appt (or not) and show up whether they reach you or not. If you call with any concerns or questions, no one calls you back. We decided to cancel their services and go with another company when a so-called therapist showed up unscheduled at my mother's door, who has dementia, and asked her to take off her top during her OT therapy session.

The administration that sends out the nurses is incompetent. They call the night before, change times, don't show up, they have only one INR machine and few qualified nurses who can use it.I complained to a manager and was told that's just the way they do things. I had complicated open heart surgery and have missed other doctor's apointments because of Brookdale's policymakers, and performance. I would not use or recommend them and regret choosing them!

My father received excellent physical and speech therapy services after a significant stay in acute rehab. Matt (physical therapist) and Colleen (speech therapist) customized their protocols to what would work best for my father's circumstances and needs. His physical strength and balance now exceeds where he was before acute rehab! Thank you, Matt and Colleen for your care and expertise- you are true gems!
