Spoke to my aunt today. She stated she had been sitting in a recliner since 8A and the only time she had seen someone was to bring her food. I spoke to her at 2:30P. Asked if she had went to the bathroom..stated she is wearing a diaper (which I understand). No one had checked in on her. Hopefully this is not the norm.

Did my clinicals for Highpoint here, WONDERFUL staff. Very caring. Beautiful building, well taken care of. Very specific routines and the staff treated all the residents like they were their own family. Wonderful work environment, very professional yet playful. Amazing place to put your family members

Staff was friendly and accommodating while my mother stayed to recover after a major surgery. People always find reasons to complain but from what I saw it was clean, well cared for, and above board.

Comfortable clean facility and private rooms, friendly professional staff, and beautiful environment. Everyone from admissions, nursing and business office staff have been very helpful transitioning my mom from our home to this facility. I couldn't be more grateful for the care they are providing.
