The nurses here were always rude and harsh. They don't care whether they are hurting other people's sentiments or making fun of their condition. They just want to do their job and go home. Lack of empathy is common at this place's staff.

I had a few problems with Embassy Healthcare. The company itself is efficient with helpful organizers, but the carers they work with are poor, unreliable and really let me down, which is the service I've paid for. It left my mom with no help which has impacted her health. What a mistake for my loved one.

If you ask any former employees of this company how their experience was, they would all answer the same: terrible. It was truly a horrible experience working for this company. From the blatant incompetent and unprofessional of management to the inefficient assignment of tasks, this company is a perfect example of what happens when a company has awful management.

It's not a mystery why the employee turnover rate here is high. The owners are inconsiderate people who do not care about anyone other than their selves. A lot of them are also condescending towards staff. The pay is low and the benefits are terrible. I'm sure no one would want to work here once they experience how horrible it is.

You'd expect the best service ever when pay premium dollars. But no, it's the opposite here. Yes, they do have great facilities, but what's more important is how the nurses treat their patients. They don't treat them with tenderness and care, but with callousness and hostility like there is hatred in their hearts. They are probably exhausted, but it's their job and part of their job is to treat the patients kindly.
