Would not recommend this place! The staff is not attentive and very rude to the individuals who attend. They are not mindful of medication that needs to be given during the day and skip them all together at times. At the end of the day you can tell those who really have a big heart and love their job and who does not and the owner and staff at this place most certainly does not. They make it seem as if your loved ones are burdens to them and have no problems laughing and mocking the handicapped individuals who attend.

I highly recommend this day program. My son has been in a few programs and will never go to any other after attending this facility. The staff is friendly and inviting, they go above and beyond teaching skills and encouraging his independence. I am so thankful for all this day program provides.

Residential Concepts is a great well organized establishment that cares for the individuals needs and well being. I would not put my son in any other day program after attending RCI. He is happy and is learning daily living skills that help him grow. Thanks RCI for caring about my son.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACEI gave one star because it is very pretty on the outside. That all changes when you walk through the door. My daughter with complex medical issues went to this place for several months. In that time she was bombarded daily with harassment due to a pain condition that prevented her from doing some of her delegated tasks. Information was provided to these people about medical and developmental issues relating to my daughter and how best to handle things. When no change was made my daughter's psychologist called the program to offer help to them on caring for my daughter. The staff did not acknowledge any issues nor make welcome changes to help my daughter reach her full potential. After my daughter was told if she couldn't open her lunch she couldn't eat, been laughed at by staff during one of her melt downs, had her pain condition belittled, had staff raise their voices to her in my presence and told if she fell asleep at the program she didn't deserve to make a craft I called a meeting. At the meeting Jim the owner would not allow me to speak. Everytime I opened my mouth he stated he did not want to hear anything I had to say, stating that I am a problem to him and his staff and that if my daughter left the program he would be happy as my daughter is complex. Trying to defend my position and give an accurate account of how his staff treated my child including withholding medications vital to her mental wellbeing, he stated he was the owner of the company, this meeting is over and he would not listen to anything I had to say.I have never been treated with such rudeness and humiliation from another adult in my life. Many of my daughters rights were violated at this place. They are not concerned about how to best serve each individual rather just making each individual confirm to their mistreatment.
